Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Oriam AI (“we”, “us”) collects through oriamai.online, how we use it, and the choices you have. Oriam AI is based in Springfield, Missouri.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to add, such as a phone number, website, budget range, and a message. We also keep a record of your consent to be contacted, including the wording you agreed to and the time.
  • Payment information. Purchases are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, and the details of what you bought.
  • Client portal. If you become a client, your portal holds your answers to our intake questions, messages you send us, your project timeline, and any files you upload. Uploaded files are stored encrypted. We do not send your portal information or files to outside AI services.
  • Oriam AI Institute. On institute.oriamai.online we keep your email address (to sign you in with a one-time code), which guides you have access to, the sections you have read, and your self-check answers. If you tick the box, we also keep your consent to be emailed when a new guide comes out; you can unsubscribe at any time. Guide purchases are handled by Stripe.
  • Basic technical data. To prevent spam we keep a one-way scrambled form of your network address (a hash) and your browser type with each form submission. We do not store your network address in readable form. Our web host and network provider keep standard server logs.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
  • To process payments, keep records, and meet legal and tax obligations.
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse.
  • To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, Stripe for payments and our email provider), and when the law requires it. These providers may only use the information to serve us.

Our Links

Links Oriam AI posts on social media, in emails and in QR codes may start with go.oriamai.online. When you tap one, we record the tap and then send you on to the page. We record the time, which link, the site or app it came from, your browser and device type, and an approximate city worked out from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself. Obvious bots are left out of our counts. We add tags to the page address (for example utm_source=threads) so we can see which posts bring visitors to us. We also set one cookie, bsn_vid, on oriamai.online. It is a random code that tells a new visitor from a returning one. It contains no name or email and lasts no longer than 13 months. We keep tap records for up to 25 months, use them only to run and improve Oriam AI, and never sell them.

Cookies

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. WordPress may set a small number of cookies needed for the site to function. When you tap one of our links we set bsn_vid (see Our Links above). If you arrive from an ad on ByteSize Network, we also set one first-party cookie, bsn_click, for 30 days so we can tell which ad brought an inquiry; it is not shared and does not identify you by name. If you send a request through a form in one of our ads (hosted by 1889 Advertising), we receive the details you entered there.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Clients can ask for a copy of everything in their portal, including their files, as one download, or ask us to delete it all. Records we must keep for tax and accounting, such as payment records, are kept as the law requires. Email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Files uploaded to the client portal are encrypted where we store them, and our nightly backup of client records is encrypted and kept on separate hardware we own. Our internal alerts carry reference numbers, not your name, email, or message. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
