Oriam AI is an independent company that builds and installs private AI systems for regulated professional firms. The AI runs on hardware inside your office, so your client data stays in your building.
Why we exist
Professional service firms in Southwest Missouri do not need generic cloud chatbots or slide decks about the future. They need secure tools that handle real workload without putting client confidentiality at risk. Most AI products on the market are cloud subscriptions that send your data to someone else’s servers. We build private, local AI infrastructure designed for regulated industries.
How we build
We start with your office: how many people will use it, what software you run, and what documents the AI should work from. Then we size the hardware, install it on-site, and load your documents. The system answers from your own files, shows its sources, keeps a record of what was asked, and lets us know if it needs attention.
Our principles
- Your data stays in your building. Client files are processed on your own server, not ours and not a cloud provider’s.
- Plain language. You should understand what we built and why.
- Honest about fit. If AI is the wrong tool for your problem, we will say so.
- We build the technology, your advisors make the legal call. We do not give legal, tax, or compliance advice. Your attorney, compliance officer, or accountant decides what your firm’s rules require.
